Hi there,

The trouble is trying to troubleshoot the issue you're having based on the information you're giving us (or not giving us).

If you could provide some screenshots of the secondary sidebar not appearing when there is visible evidence that there is enough space, I will be happy to look into this further for you.

Keep in mind, when the secondary sidebar is turned on in the settings, there is only 1 thing that determines if it is visible or not and that 1 (read ONE) thing is media queries. Media queries are supported in all major browsers except for IE8 and below.

Hope that helps. Again, I'm here to help, so if you can provide evidence of the secondary sidebar not working when there is ample space for it, I will definitely check it out. Being as it is, I have zero evidence for the secondary sidebar not working when it should be.

This thread is for The Daily Press. The sidebar being mentioned here is an entirely different system and a resolution to either theme doesn't have any impact on the other. If you need help with Zoom WP, please start a thread for that theme in the proper forum on the main page.

It looks like it might be a Safari issue...I just discovered the sidebar works in Chrome but not in Safari (for the Zoom WP template). Once again, the Apple mantra "it just works" does not work. Any ideas about fixing this issue so it works in Safari?

From what I understood, the secondary sidebar shows depends on how much room you have.
I have checked the theme option to display the secondary sidebar, however, on some computers I can't see the secondary bar but in others I can. what can we do to resolve this issue?
