I'm familiar with Search Everything. Works great! I haven't tried Relevanssi, though.

Hi, I want to add more functionality to the wordpress search button by installing a search plugin so you can also search by categories and tags.

My decision is between "Search Everything" (http://wordpress.org/plugins/search-everything/) and "Relevanssi" (http://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/).

Any recommendation?
