Hi there,

Are you referring to the scrollbar on the page? If so, that is a system setting. With modern computers, the scrollbar design is much more simple and minimal that traditional scrollbars, which are basically boxes with a draggable bar. The design of the scrollbars is based on the device settings. Modern OS options allow you to choose your scrollbar preference (some people like the boxes so they can easily tell when content can scroll).

In any case, this is NOT a theme design/issue. It's a device setting.

On some computers, the Category pages have scrolling boxes (vertical and horizontal)...
