On the home page, take your mouse to the left edge and right edge to scroll. You will see that the arrows do not appear because the Timeline Divider is set to None in the OptionTree.

When the Timeline Divider is set to any other than None in the OptionTree, the scroller becomes functional.

I found out what was causing the missing left and right scroll function.
When Timeline Divider is set to None in the OptionTree under the Timeline Stuff, the scroller gets turned-off.

If I still want the scroll function with the Timeline Divider option off, what do I need to do to ?
