Any solution for scrolling on chrome ? It does not work on chrome for me neither. Chrome version 31.0.1650.57 m. Other people visiting the site with other versions of chrome neither. Check it here if you want : http://www.loculto.com/elaboracion-y-catas/
It works with the wheel but not clicking.

PD. I dont know if chrome treats the entire box as scrollable area or not and I do not care at all. I just need a solution for this because more than half the visits come from chrome and they need to scroll without any issues of having the cursor over the content. If it is a browser issue should I call google to fix it maybe? If scroll does not work on ALL browsers just disable scrolling.

I need a solution for this asap please because my client is asking me to fix it. Thanks

Hi there,

If you made edits to the core files, you'll need to re-apply your customizations to the new files.

The best way to make edits is to use the child theme method. This way, you don't have to edit the core files and updating is much easier.

More info about that here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Thanks!

Hi Chris,

Think you're right - just the native HTC browser not liking the theme.

Last question (sorry!):

If updating the theme, given the customization I have applied, is there a simple way of tracking down exactly which scripts I have changed so I know what to backup (and, can I then simply re-insert the files or will I need to customize step by step).

Cheers!

Hi there,

Unfortunately I don't have access to an HTC. Can you take screenshots?

Please keep in mind that not all browsers are supported (see "supported browsers" on the ThemeForest item page), but I'll see if there is anything I can do.

Best,

Chris

Brilliant, thanks for that.

I see what you mean and it is fine with the other browsers.

I had some sizing issues on my phone (HTC One S), perhaps just my phone.

Hope you manage to sort it!

Hi there,

Oh, I see what you mean. With Chrome, you need to have your cursor over the content that is being scrolled. Unfortunately this is a browser issue, but I'll look into this to see if there's anything I can do on my end.

With the way the theme is setup, there's a fullscreen "box" that is what scrolls and not the actual page. If you look in other browsers, they treat the entire box as a scrollable area, so I'm not sure what Chrome's deal is.

Marking this thread "pending review".

Regarding mobile support, the theme is responsive. Are you having issues?

Best,

Chris

Hello, I am having problems with the scroll bar on my blog page.

It seems to work intermittently (as if I am having to click on a specific spot to get it to move (and even then only a little).

Any ideas where I've gone wrong?

Thanks,

Simon
