I made a little change in the CSS file. In the line where you read...

#pageContent {width: 100%; left: 0; right: 0; top:0; bottom: 0; position: fixed; overflow: auto;}

...I changed the Position property value "fixed" to "absolute" like this...

#pageContent {width: 100%; left: 0; right: 0; top:0; bottom: 0; position: absolute; overflow: auto;}
