Yeah, this one is really weird.

It does happen each time the images rotate, but it only does this on Google Chrome (even with all extensions disabled).

Works fine in Firefox, IE, and Edge on Windows 10. Works fine on Safari on iOS11.

Thanks for providing an example screenshot!

Are you referring to the 3 diagonal "effects"? If so, I've no clue what that is. I tried recreating it on my machine by putting the browser window into split mode, but I can't recreate anything like that.

My best guess is that's an animation glitch that stems from either the OS or the browser.

Does that happen each time the images rotate (while in split view)?
