You should do away with the "Notify me of follow-up posts via email" with the return address being your gmail account my good fellow and avoid the contradiction of claiming " I don't provide email support" while you ask me to email you further in your post.

You keep referring to an email that I never received, so I'm suggesting you send me an email from my profile on ThemeForest as other methods of emailing me might get flagged as spam (I don't provide email support)...

Above you said "have downloaded the files set from your server", which causes me concern as that is not the proper method to get the theme (a red flag so to speak).

To address this, please email me from my profile page so that I can verify your purchase.

I can send another email, but I am not sure as to why. I seem to be answering more questions than you at the moment .... Never mind on the twitter question- I just pulled all reference to it so that my landing page loads on or off line. It really should not take 10 days or more to get support.

If you can answer my mesh.png for either zoom wp or html that would be great.... (seeing as I have payed for both) otherwise I will continue to figure it out on my own. It's twitter. It will not load until it gets a response be it on or off line.

Wow, im along way from html basics from 10 years ago ...

The demo loads fine online providing i am on line. Here is what I got.. have downloaded the files set from your server and set it in a directory on my primary drive so i can work on it offline . I double click the index html and if I am off line it does not load.. the second I open my net connection it loads.

Any ideas? Would like to work on this when no internet connection is present.

I'm not quite sure as I don't see any issues with the loading of the demo site. I can only assume it has something to do with your internet connection or local environment.

Ok... well it must have had to do with what was going on with my isp ( I'm thinking that they had ports shut down), seeing that everything now works.... But I am still curious why nothing would load and why I can not load the page offline ... is there a work around for that?

Hi, decided to get at my webpage today... the Zoom HTML5 that I have had for two years but just getting to it now. Only now the page will not load... it won't load from my hard drive, or the web..so I went to your site to load both the wordpress and the html demo versions... and oddly none of them will get past the advanced jQuery Portfolio theme ...just a black page in all instances with a little blue loading indication at the bottom of the page that does not load in Firefox, Safari, or Chrome ..... anyway..I have not added anything to the downloaded files as of yet, and have only tried to load your demos from your sites all resulting in the same black page.....

Interesting tidbit of info ... there is some thing up with our isp and for some reason we can not load google ..though much of every thing else seems to be getting down the pipe ...
