Ok I figured as much, I will ensure all images are as close to 16:9 as possible. This theme is quite different from the ones I have used in the past, so it's taking me a bit longer to figure out. I think I have it going fairly well now though.

Hi there,

The background script used scales the images based on the browser dimensions to fill the browser window. This will create varying effects on different screen sizes.

Your best bet is to a use an image with 16:9 dimensions as that is what the majority of the screens look like.

Hope that helps.

Best,

Chris

I guess I mean lock them so they DO scale, sorry my bad. Basically just want the background images to look the same. I realize they will probably have to be adjusted, but is there a resolution or default background size that tends to work the best?

Is there any way to lock the background images so they don't scale from browser to browser or from computer to computer? The problem I am having is that the site looks beautiful and perfectly proportioned (the home page at least) on my 27" iMac running safari. When I switch to another computer, tablet or phone the scaling is so far off that the background images are completely out of whack, and often the logo will cover up the video. Basically I want it to look the same on all devices. The website in question is againsttheropes.tv

I do want to say what an awesome and easy theme, there are a few questions I am sure that will arise but this is my biggest issue right now!
