The link is using the built-in RSS feed generator that WordPress creates, so there isn't a setting in the theme settings for the RSS feed. The way the WordPress feed appears depends on the browser you're using.

If you want to change the link, open "footer.php" and locate the following in the "socialMedia" div...

... <a class="tooltip" target="_blank" title="Subscribe via RSS feed" href="<?php bloginfo('rss2_url'); ?>"> ...

and change it to the following...

... <a class="tooltip" target="_blank" title="Subscribe via RSS feed" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/StonyLaneBaptistChurch"> ...

When I click on the RSS feed, it goes to a page that just has unformatted text.

http://stonylane.org/category/pastors_blog/feed/

In Feedburner, this is the original feed.

When I click on the following, the text is formatted correctly.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/StonyLaneBaptistChurch
