Hi there,

I took a look at your source code and don't see the CSS I posted above in your Custom CSS section. Please be sure to copy/paste the above into your Custom CSS box on the Customize page.

If that still doesn't help, please keep it there and let me know so I can take a look.

Best,

Chris

I added this code and it has not helped. Is there another way of restoring the structure of the old theme? I have no idea why dropping the secondary sidebar to the bottom would be a priority, but I just cannot cope with it.
In any case, if it cannot be disabled couldn't it be structured a little properly? Say in a single row that resizes towards the left?

Hi there,

The sidebar is no longer suppose to vanish. As of version 2.0, the secondary sidebar content stays visible on the page by moving to the bottom (the top request feature for the theme).

If you want to keep the secondary sidebar hidden, add the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

@media screen and (max-width:959px) {#secondarySidebar {display: none !important;}}

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris -

My site: PATAPAA.COM

I have had my site manager email you once about the secondary sidebar appearing fragmented in such an ugly way under the page when the page resizes smaller - that is, when the secondary sidebar is supposed to vanish.

I bought this theme for this responsive secondary sidebar, that it disappears when the page is small and reappears when it is big. As of now, this sidebar only moves to the bottom as if the page is squeezing it out to that position. It never goes away.

I have tried all the tricks in the books for a theme buyer and installer - deactivate all plugins etc. but to no avail. I need some assistance on this issue!

Thanks!
Ben.
