<p>The background video effect/design is intended to fill the entire background. Keep in mind the background video is intended to be a decorative element, which looks best when it fills the entire portion of the screen.</p>
<p>Also, something to consider is that the majority of online viewing is done on devices with 16:9 aspect ratio.</p>
