The background video effect/design is intended to fill the entire background. Keep in mind the background video is intended to be a decorative element, which looks best when it fills the entire portion of the screen.

Also, something to consider is that the majority of online viewing is done on devices with 16:9 aspect ratio.

I have a background video at my home page and I want that the video resizes to always fit the browser. I would like to produce an effect that maintains the video’s aspect ratio when the browser size changes.
