Open up "header.php" and locate the h1 tag with id "logo". Replace the contents of the a tag with the image you would like to use.

Example:

<h1 id="logo"><a href="SITE URL HERE"><img src="IMAGE URL HERE" alt="SITE NAME HERE" /></a></h1>

NOTE: Depending on the size of the logo, you may need to adjust the height and width of certain elements.
