Hi there,

The comments are a core WordPress feature that can only be controlled in 2 places from your WordPress dashboard. Comments are not something the theme overrides or controls.

Turn on/off comments site-wide:

• Navigate to "settings" > "discussion" and check/uncheck the allow comments box... http://www.themolitor.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/discussion_settings.png
• NOTE: This will only apply to new posts/pages. For posts/pages already published, please follow next step below.

Turn on/off comments for a specific post/page:

• Check/uncheck the box in the discussion panel on the post/page edit screen. If you don't see this dialogue box, you can turn it on by clicking "screen options" and checking the box to display discussion options. http://i.imgur.com/SGUryfc.jpg

I am trying to remove "Leave a Reply" from the pages on my site. I tried turning off the comments sitewide and on each individual page but have had no luck.

Please advise.
