That is a standard page you linked to. Pages require a title and content. If you're just wanting a blank page, I recommend adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

body.home #pageContent {display: none;}

Is there a way to remove the white horizontal line from a static home page? You can see it between the B and the O on our home page. If I title the page it gets put above that on the static page.
