You bet! :-)

If you're enjoying the theme, PLEASE don't forget to rate it on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Positive ratings REALLY help me out.

Thanks!

Works like a charm! Kinda kludgey, a PIA, and moves options away from where they are needed, but it's a fast work-around that accomplishes a goal. Thanks Chris!

Hi there,

You can target specific posts using the post ID number via CSS like this...

body.postid-XXXX .attachmentGallery {display: none;}

Just change XXXX to the id of the post you want to target.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Going through the code I see it's not post.php, looks like single.php which calls attachment_postpage() in functions.php. Guess I need to bone up on php. I haven't looked at it since 1996.

That would turn it off for ALL posts, yes? I'm just looking to remove it from posts where I know the image size deficiency will cause the Gallery/Slideshow image to look terrible.

I'm assuming a snippit of logic in (I'm assuming) post.php that tests for a small image size and skip the gallery if true would be a customization.

Maybe in the next revision, a checkbox or something to include or exclude the gallery on a post-by-post basis would be useful.

Thanks, Chris

I'll be posting quite a few items that have older, smaller images (back when bandwidth was a MAJOR issue). While they look fine as small images inserted into a post and OK (generally) as a Featured Image, they will always look terrible as a Post Slideshow image.

Any way to retain the Inserted image and Featured image while turning off a Slideshow for a given Post?
