as I said before you can turn comments off per page via the edit/create page screen in the WordPress admin, if you want to modify the template you'll need to create a conditional to do so http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags

I just want to hide "Thoughts" section ONLY from contact page, not from other pages. I can display:none; from css but this will dissapear this from all pages. Can i hide this only from contact page?

theres a check box on the page create/edit in the admin to disable comments(you may have to click the screen options in the top right corner to show the box)

Can i remove Comments in a specific page like contact page? I don't need comments there, is it possible?
