It certainly is a great feature, and also one visual reason why I use this theme. I just think that for blog posts, specifically and only, it should be avoided. My personal preference only, of course.

The top panel is a core feature of the theme and allows the "panel scrolling" functionality to work on each page of the site. I personally love it. It creates a cinematic experience you don't see on any other site, which is why I designed/developed the theme to work this way.

In any case, changing this functionality would require extensive edits as it's a pretty core feature. It's not a single file that you would need to edit. Without doing too much research, I believe the main files involved would be header.php, single.php, style.css and custom.js.

Ie, when one clicks on a blog post in the listings, you're brought to essentially (in visual experience) a splash page for that blog post, and requires further interaction to actually read the darn post.

Considering blog posts are supposed to be very simple and fast to load and access, this is an unwanted interruption and unnecessary extra step.

I'd like to remove that extra step - I understand this is a little more coding than simple tweaks, but it would be an excellent addition in a future update, as an option in the CUSTOMIZE menu on the dashboard.

I can work out a lot of the coding myself, the hard way, but could you point me to the correct php to work on?
