Open up footer.php and remove the following on lines 22-30...

</div><!--end advertisting-->
<?php } elseif($bottomAdImg && $bottomAdUrl){?>
<div class="advertising" id="footerAd">
	<a <?php if($newWindowAd){ echo 'target="_blank"'; } ?> href="<?php echo $bottomAdUrl; ?>"><img src="<?php echo $bottomAdImg; ?>" alt="" /></a>
</div><!--end advertisting-->
<?php } ?>
