Just to clarify your email questions above, YouTube videos are supported on the Videos page as a pop-up (full screen), but it is not supported currently for the background video option. They are separate things and work differently.

Please understand I do provide support, but your request is not a feature of the theme, which would require custom development to achieve. As I'm sure you can appreciate, custom development services are not covered as part of my support provided here on the forums.

Just want to make sure you understand that I never mentioned nor promoted YouTube videos as a background option as that has never been a feature of the theme.
