Hi there,

I'm happy to troubleshoot this with you here to get the issue resolved -- I'm certain there are no theme-related issues.

If you're just wanting a refund, you'll need to contact ThemeForest/Envato as they handle all payment transactions/refunds (authors do not have any control over that).

Again, I'd like to work with you to figure out what the issue is. Remember, the audio player only displays songs that have been uploaded to the post/page being displayed. If there are no audio files attached to the post/page displayed, then no audio files will display for the player.

Does that make sense?

Simply because my music does not show in the media player and I attempted to upload multiple times...
