Hey Jon,

There isn't anything specific, though here are some rough numbers to base off:

Background: 1213 x 764... here's a background from the demo: http://themes.themolitor.com/wpnavigator/files/2011/07/space.jpg

Photo in a Gallery: Keep it under 1024 x 768. I personally like to keep it around 800 x 800 (for the lightbox) and make sure they're jpgs (png are much heavier)

Video: 450 width, Height is up to you

I am looking for the recommended sizes for various media in the Navigator theme. What is the best file size for a quality image and fast load times for:

A background?
A photo in a gallery?
A video?
Any others?
