Hi there,

The page content has the current CSS styling...

#pageContent {
    font-size: 14px;
    left: 50%;
    margin-left: -250px;
    max-height: 65%;
    max-width: 500px;
    overflow-y: auto;
    position: absolute;
    top: 50%;
    width: 500px;
    z-index: 98;
}

You can copy/paste that into the Custom CSS box to make edits there.

Hope that helps!

Best,

I do understand. It would be enough for me to understand how to change the "width" of the pageContent for that specific page, through CSS. As at the moment we are limited to the standard width, of the theme. I would just need the to know this, I would then being abkle to handle the custom change by myself. If this is still beyond the support I'll make the request for customization.

Thanks

Hi there,

Sorry, but that goes a bit beyond the level of support I'm able to provide here in the forums. If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research, testing and custom code then I have ask that you submit a request for customization services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Hope you understand.

If you have additional questions, please post a new thread as this one is marked complete and is already full of various topics. ;-)

Thanks!

Another question... I am trying to create the "Press Kit" page, where I will be includoing the press kit of the film. I'd like that to be visualised, and terefore I am using a plugin that allows te website to visualise the PDF. The only problem is that, no matter what, the pdf will be visualised in a small box, whic is I bilieve the standard container size of the theme. Is there a way I can make that container "full screen on this specific page? Thanks a lot.

Please keep in mind, the scroll bars are hidden (until they are used) in all major browsers. What browser are you using?

Hi Chris, the site is almost done... though I still can't find any possible solution regarding the scroll bar. I have previously researched for infos in this forum and in the web, and you also explained to me why it's not possible to hide them. The thing is that in the way they are I really don't like them, that's why I wanted to hide them. Is there any way I can have the posts on this page without the need of a scrollbar? I see also that you customise upon request. How much would you charge to solve this? Thanks

Actually, I think I have found the issue, which is not with the theme but with Wordpress. So I beg your pardon. I think the issue was caused by the Media settings, Large size, Max Width, which I have now set to 2000.

Now everything will look better.

Sorry about the inconvenient.

Hi Chris,

Here I am again. The problem with the resolution of the images is unsolved yet. I have tried to upload images at the resolution you previously suggested "2000×1125" and also "1200x800" but the quality is still incredibly poor. Check this out http://standup-film.com/directors-statment/

If you look at my hand, which indicates toward the text box, you can see how bad is the quality. This is certainly due to the theme, as I don't have similar problem with my other websites.

Can you please help me?

Thanks a lot.

Hi there,

2. Try adding this to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

@media screen and (max-height: 750px) {
    #logo {
        max-width: 55%;
    }
}

3. The images you're uploading are too small if dimensions. Try using 2000×1125.

Also, I don't recommend using the JetPack plugin. Tends to cause script errors.

Best,

Hi there,

1. As mentioned in the FAQ, scroll bars appear differently in different browsers. I believe the only browser that displays scroll bars automatically are older versions of IE, which are losing market share. Reference: http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_explorer.asp

2. Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out.

3. Can you provide a link? The theme does not have any compression settings or control for the images.

4. Font size control for the credits is available on the Customize page.

5. The volume setting is located in scripts/custom.js on line 733...

audioPlayer.animate({volume: .35}, 1000);

Change the ".35" to a desired volume level.

6. This is a device setting and not something the theme/browser has control of.

Best,

Christopher

Hi there, I have few questions about Vysual.

1. Scroll bars on posts page. I have read about it on this forum, it looks like it is not easy to hide the scroll bars on computers, is that correct?

2. The logo looks OK on a computer, but on a smartphone it looks whay too small, is it possible to set a minimum size?

3. Images resolutions. I see that on the demo, the images have a really good resolution, despite they are relative small file sizes. But despite I am uploading both high and low res images, the images on the website look really bad. Is there any specific setting for the compression?

4. Is it possible to reduce the size of the font of the "credits"?

5. Music audio level. Is it possible to increase the actual volume?

6. Full screen videos are fine on computers, but on mobile phones you have to "click" on it two times (instead of one) before they start. Is it possible to solve this issue and have them play as soon as onces hit play the first time?

Thanks a lot in advance for your assistance.

All the best
