Hi there,

Background videos are not allowed on mobile devices. This is a device setting and not something the theme/site has any control of.

Actually, the mobile version is still not playing the bg video.

Thanks Christopher, I will try that. It seems to be working now, however, in the mobile test on iPhone 6 and Android, the background video seems disabled and it is defaulting to a still image

Hi there,

I see lots of custom elements on the page and in the source code. Please deactivate any plugins you're currently using.

Also, if you've made edits to the theme template files, please revert to the default templates.

Let me know if that helps. If not, I'll take a look when those custom elements have been removed.

problem 1: audio doesn't play in it's entirety, plays 3 second snippet, then off, then refresh it plays
problem 2: the demo video plays, even though I've changed the url to my video, can't get it to play proper one

love the theme, just need it to work ;)
