Hi there,

Few things...

If you already have the demo content, you don't need to import again.

After import, you still need to visit the customize page and configure the settings.

The menu area has a finite amount of horizontal space available. Your logo and menu are both very wide, so you'll want to either adjust the size of your logo and/or utilize drop down menus to reduce the number of high-level menu links.

Widgets settings are not included in the demo content (WordPress doesn't allow that), so you'll need to manually configure those to your liking.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi there,

You can import the demo content again. It's available in the main download folder from ThemeForest.

Best,

The thing is... The first time that I installed the theme I used all the menus and posts that came with it as guide to format my site.
Now I have nothing...

Is there a way I can go back to the original template? It was really helpful then...

Hi there,

Sounds like you just need to finish setting up the theme. If you're on a new installation, then you won't have any content to populate the site yet. You'll need to create new posts, pages, and a new menu, etc.

Also, be sure to visit the theme options from the "customize" page.

Best,

Chris

Hi!
3 or 4 months ago I purchased the theme "The Producer" for a tv show I was about to produce. Now I want to create a webpage for my production company and delete the page I've done for the show.
I have a new domain, I installed wordpress, but when I install the theme it comes all wrong. All the menus are gone and I can't seem to go back to the original template.

Is there a way I can have the theme just as it was when I bought it?

Thank you very much.
