Hi there,

The theme will treat certain categories differently depending on whether or not they are "Event" categories (i.e. post order and content is different, etc.).

Looking at your home page, your calendar filter doesn't appear right. Please compare to the filter on the demo site: http://themes.themolitor.com/eventure/ -- notice on the demo site how "Events" is listed in the filter first, followed by "/".

On your site, notice how there is no main event filter listed first. Instead, you see "/", which indicates that your categories are not properly assigned.

Can you confirm you have your filter categories assigned as child categories?

Also, be sure to change your permalink settings to "Month and Name".

Let me know if that helps at all.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris

The event category is set as the main event category for the customized page and how does that help the problem with the order of the dates. They are still in the wrong order?

Best

Hi there,

It doesn't look like you have your categories properly setup. Be sure that you have a main category for all events (i.e. "Events") and have that assigned on the Customize page for the main event category. Then, make any additional categories you have "child" categories of the main event category. You can assign "parent" categories on the category edit screen.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris

When I upload my events the are in the wrong order on the event site, for example it shows all the events from the April 26 first, then all from the 25 and then the 24, how do I change that?

Can you hide "events" in the drop-down menu in the submission form, so it still shows up on in the calender and on the events page?

Best
Ina
