Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response...

Regarding the page you linked to, that is using a fullscreen video gallery layout, so the background video does not display when that page is active. That page template is intended to display the video thumbnail image.

Regarding the background video, I'm noticing the file you're using is VERY large (80+ mb) and is taking some time to render. This is likely the reason you're experiencing issues when it's set to play on the page.

I recommend optimizing your videos as much as possible for use as a website background.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Best,

Christopher

Hi there

Are you providing support for your customers or not?
I asked a question one week ago and haven't got any reply from you.
I paid for one year support but at this stage I think this was wasting money.
I'm hoping to get a response soon

Best regards

Hi,

I have a problem with the background video on home page. It works OK if I just click right arrow and then left arrow. It displays the picture instead, once the page is opened first time or refreshed (or clicked the START in menu). The problem only appears if the video in the post is from Vimeo while the background video is from the local mp4. If they are both the same the problem doesn’t exist.
Here is the website http://www.integrall.com.pl
Could you help with this please?
