Yes, I am using the "gallery" page template but sorry Which pop-up window?? I am using Wordpress 3.5.2 and there is no pop-up window with a"gallery" tab as it used to be.

Hi there,

To add images, simply upload them to the page you're assigned the gallery page template using the "add media" button.

To remove images, simply click the image in the pop-up window and click "delete".

To reorder, click/drag the images in the pop-up window in the order you want them to appear.

Remember, for PhotoPharm, you don't need to insert the gallery shortcode to create a gallery as seen on this demo page: http://themes.themolitor.com/photopharm/portfolio/. That page is using the "gallery" page template.

Maybe I didn't explain myself very well. Sorry, for my English :( I'll give it another try.

I would like to be able to REorder, ADD or REMOVE pictures from an EXISTING gallery. How do you do that?

Do I have to delete all pictures from that gallery, and upload them all over again but in the right order?

I have a problem with galleries too.I can't reorder or add more images to an existing gallery.
With WP 3.5.2 you have a the 'Add media' button but once you have attached some images to a gallery, you can't edit, reoder or add more images to the gallery, unless you insert the shortcode inside the page where you have an edit icon.

But even though, you insert the gallery and then click on the edit gallery icon, if you reoder or delete images for instance, the gallery is not being updated at all.

The solution right now is deleting all images from that gallery and start all over again re-uploading the files, editing file names, etc... madness!!

It is supposed to work that way??!!

Hi there,

For gallery pages (like the demo), you don't need to insert the gallery shortcode into the post content area.

Also, be sure you're uploading images to the actual gallery page and NOT from the media page. It's important that images get attached to the page you want them to appear on, and to do that, they need to be uploaded from that page's edit screen.

Use that and be sure to upload images to the page.

This is my blog http://okamicreations.net/ and everything on the site works, minus the gallery submenus. Whenever I make a new gallery and open it up there's nothing. Its just black but in the icons are there and the thumbs are there just not the image to be displayed. How do I fix this
