If you're enjoying the theme, PLEASE don't forget to rate it on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Positive ratings REALLY help me out.

Hi there,

You could try adding this to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

#filter ul.children {display:none !important;}

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply, in that case is there a way to exclude certain categories (eg by their ID number) from the calendar menu? I'm sure there is a bit of code that can be inserted, but I'm not much good at php I'm afraid.
Thanks
Dave

Hi there,

I appreciate the nice remarks :-)

Regarding the categories, I see you have multiple levels of categories. The calendar is really only built to handle a single parent category (i.e. "Events", etc.) with the filter options being single child categories.

Regarding plugins, I'm not aware of anything, sorry.

Hope that helps some.

Best,

Chris

Hi there,

firstly - brilliant, brilliant, brilliant theme - still in beta but the site I'm building with it is http://www.londoneventslist.com

I've been putting together wordpress sites for a couple of years now (example http://www.thelondonfilmreview.com) and I think this is my favourite theme to date.

I'm having just one issue with the calendar menu, where the menu items are overlapping (in desktop views) - there are a lot of categories on the site http://londoneventslist.com/ - is there any way to reduce the categories from the calendar menu without reducing from the main menu? (I have tried extending the height of the menu via CSS but this has only slightly helped.)

Also - I am pretty sure this isn't possble, but do you know of any plugin that would allow users to search by 2 categories at the same time (especially on mobile) ie Location + Event - and would automatically display only those events in that location?

Cheers - brilliant theme, thanks for all the work you have put into this

Dave
