Just wanted to finish up this thread... Apparently the person with the problem resolved it themselves and was not able to explain what they did to fix it. Bottom line, we're all good now.

Hi there,

The machine being used has no effect on how a website displays. It's all about the browser they're using.

Make sure they're using the latest version of their preferred browser.

My client who is using The Producer as his parent theme is reporting the following problem:

"My friend loaded things fine on her iPad, but the iMac with 10.8.5 is problematic. No lens in opening shot, wayward arrows and messages."

Note: What he means by "no lens" is that the background image we are using for the website is a stylized camera lens.
