Awesome! Thanks for sharing your findings.

If you're enjoying the theme, PLEASE don't forget to rate it on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Five-star ratings REALLY help me out and encourage further development and updates.

Thanks!

SOLUTION

1. Goto Customize
2. Choose MISC
3. Scroll down to 'Disable Popup Lightbox'
4. Check the box

Plugin will now work (or at least mine did)

Hi there,

Can you provide a link to the page using the plugin? I'll take a look, but please keep in mind...

My standard support services do not include troubleshooting issues caused/generated by plugins. The main reason being that I have no developer knowledge of plugins being used and lack the resources necessary to fully research and investigate the cause of the problem. I ALWAYS take a look, though, to make sure there are no issues with the theme that are obvious or in the off chance I can identify the reason simply by viewing the page. :-)

Best,

Christopher

Hi - recently bought a plugin called Custom Facebook Feed. The plan is to use the short code to display Facebook events on a page in The Producer. This all works fine except that the page doesn't display the image for the event till I click on it. I just get a sort of placeholder box. I tried de-activating The Producer and using another theme and then it all worked fine. Any ideas ?
