Ah, glad it's solved!

Hey Justin, I've solved the problem. It was because I had changed the copied the entire stylesheet into the theme options page but had also been tweaking the styles.css doc.

Hey Jacqui,

Anything Database related is completely separate from the Theme unfortunately. That Database is created within your Host Panel. If they're a good host they should be able to provide a solution for you.

Hi again Justin, I have spoken to hosting regarding the bg images and they suggested it would be a problem with the database settings. A problems that more then likely exists in the wp_options table. Would you agree and do you know which line in the wp_options table I should change?

Hey Jacqui,

It doesn't appear to be an issue with the Theme. Your website is appearing to have problems with loading Background images. Have you contacted your hosting provider?

It seems like for whatever reason, the Background images won't appear which leads me to believe it's a server configuration issue.

You may want to contact them and let them know the issues. I am happy to continue troubleshooting, but I do believe it's hosting related.

Hi Justin,

I deleted the theme in FTP and then re-installed the original theme files. When I re-activated the theme in dashboard it kept all the previous settings in the options panel (is this normal or did I not uninstall it properly?), so I overwrote my CSS in the options panel with the original CSS but the site still has the same issues as before (now obviously the CSS needs to be changed back but have left it to show you what it looks like). These issues were in the local site too.

I am a bit confused as to what's going on?

I would recommend completely deleting the theme off of the server, then re-uploading the fresh install in the same manner (via FTP).

Thanks Justin, it's strange the logo seems to appear in Safari (well mine anyway!) but not other browsers. I am also having trouble uploading images in the dashboard.

I'll see how I go re-installing the theme, would you recommend doing this in the dashboard?

Hey Jacqui,

Your logo isn't working for me yet... Anyways, do you still have the original theme files? It might be worth it to delete the theme from your server, then re-upload it and try again. The issues you're pointing out are strange and actually seem hosting related - as opposed to issues with the theme.

I would start with that and see if they re-appear. Let me know how it goes and we'll continue to troubleshoot the issues!

Many thanks Justin, I have sorted out the logo now.

With the search bar, it changed when I made room for the heading logo and changed the margin-top to 40px. I am not 100% sure when the arrows & supporter banner disappeared but I thought it was at the same time. The only image I have edited is the donate button which is stored with the other images in the 'images' folder.

Logo - You uploaded a .Tif file - try uploading a .JPG instead

For the arrows and search bar issues - have you edited any of the files and/or images folders?

Hi there,

I finally have got a test version of my site live! I'm having a few minor problems I wanted to ask you about if that's ok.

I changed the header so it can fit the company logo (which for some reason is missing at the moment), now the search field looks very strange and the arrow buttons to the sides of the slider have disappeared? I'm not sure if this has something to do with this also but the 'supporters' banner flag/logo has also disappeared.

I'd be really grateful if you could help me with these problems.
