Content updating and issues with accessing the Customize page are not theme-related issues I can help with. It sounds like you're having general WordPress issues related to updating your WordPress installation. Maybe try updating again?

After I have updated my Le Maitre d' theme to WP 3.9 I have been experiencing issues with content updating in a timely fashion. Also, I am unable to use the customize feature under appearance. Do you have any fixes for this? The website is: originalpancakehousesiouxfalls.com
