Hi Christopher, just wanted to let you know the plugin zoom box has a problem with the scrolling, not sure if you already know, but just in case. When magnify teh image and zoom in the move bars appear on the sides and they move but not the image, keeps frozen in the middle of the screen.

Hi there,

I'll make some time this week to review the lightbox feature. I just want to clarify that this feature (image pop-up) is an add-on to the core theme, so the theme itself works just fine as is.

The only hang-up currently is displaying ALL the images from the timeline page. You can still view all these images from the individual post slideshow.

Best,

Christopher

Thanks for your response Christopher. How long do you think you will be able to get a fix for this? I purchased the theme with an assumption that it had these working features so I presented it to the client and began using it. Just need to know your timeline on this so I can make further plans.

thanks much!

Hi there,

It appears this is one of the theme that "may have more noticeable effects as PrettyPhoto might have been more integrated into the theme".

Please bear with me as I try to find the time to address any potential issues that may occur as a result of removing the prettyPhoto code from my themes.

For the time being, I recommend linking your timeline to the individual page for users to view the slideshow of all the images you have attached to the post.

Best,

Christopher

Hi there,

The latest version of all my themes have PrettyPhoto removed. I recommend grabbing the latest version of the theme you're using from ThemeForest and trying my ZoomBox plugin (or any 3rd party plugin) for the lightbox feature.

For more info about updating, please review this FAQ: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-how-do-i-update-my-theme

Hope that helps!

Best,

Hi there,

Recently it was made known that PrettyPhoto had some vulnerabilities. I try to limit plugin use/dependency as much as possible, so when I heard this I quickly removed all prettyPhoto code from my 20+ themes. This was VERY time consuming and a bit rushed as it was meant as a security fix to protect you, my customer :-)

I've been working on my own lightbox system (ZoomBox) for some time, but it's been in beta as it's not a polished product that I feel comfortable sharing with the entire world (hence no documentation, etc.). If you want to give it a try, you can grab it here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/zoom-box-plugin-by-the-molitor

I'm still retroactively going through my 20+ themes to address the removal of PrettyPhoto. Some themes might not be impacted at all while others may have more noticeable effects as PrettyPhoto might have been more integrated into the theme.

Please bear with me as I try to find the time to address any potential issues that may occur as a result of removing the prettyPhoto code from my themes.

Best,

Christopher
