			<description><p>That does't really help at all.  I am looking for a way on all the pages (both static and blog) to start the page already scrolled up a bit so the user doesn't have to click necessarily to see content.

<p>You can control the number of posts that appear on category pages from the "reading settings" page (under the "general settings" menu). </p>
