check your permalink settings, looks like they are messed up

in the WordPress admin Settings -> permalink

Hi, Im trying to figure out why when i click on a post pic (featured image) from my homepage slider and sponsor footer it doesn't take me to a seperate post page. It it this way also for a normal pot on my homepage. When i click on any of these i remain on the homepage. Am i doing something wrong?
