I actually found a solution for this one.

When you add more than one image, once the upload has been complete, it give the option of inserting a gallery into the post.

Is it possible to incorporate the same thumbnail gallery on the Posts for the Pages.

I want to place the same style thumbnail gallery as seen on the home/slider page when you click on Read More.

When setting the Featured image section, there is a function to add a gallery to the post.
