Unfortunately this isn't a theme-related issue but has to do with your WordPress (or possibly your hosting) configurations.

I did a quick search and found this resolved thread that might help: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/clicking-on-post-gives-404-error

I've installed your lovely theme at http://www.drissamri.be/travel/.

I've added one blog post and one regular location post. But the permalinks (%category%/%postname%/) are causing for a 404. The .htaccess file has 766 as rights, and I can see it is effectively being updated when I change the perma link from default to custom. When Default is enabled I'm able to see the content.

What could be causing this problem?
