Yes, the synopsis content etc only appears on posts with a video. Otherwise it will be treated like a blog post.

it worked for the page, still trying to figure out the post prob, could it be due to the fact that there's no video and so it does not show the synopsis etc?

But I still have prob with contact and legal pages, and on the posts there's no the usual stuff like synopsis, gallery

Hi there,

Unfortunately that isn't theme-related issue. Did you lose content when your hosting changed?

Without knowing what your hosting provider did or what edits you made, I can't really advise on how to get everything back exactly like it was. My best suggestion is to maybe re-install the theme and/or make sure all your settings are properly configured (i.e. theme options, menus, widgets, etc.).

Hi,

I recently purchased The Producer theme and lost my hosting due to a change in billing. I renewed my hosting and The Producer theme is activated but my edits aren't showing. Only the menus and logo can be updated. The actual theme does not work anymore. My pages, media, background, posts all do not show.

Help please!
