Hi there,

You don't appear to have any images assigned for your posts. Be sure to assign a featured image for your items.

The play button sits in the middle of the images, but if there are no images, it's sitting in the middle of nothing, which is causing the cropped effect.

Hi,

Yes a plugin is being used as a landing page for the company at the moment.
There is no template being used as the 'Gallery' Page has been selected as the posts page in the Settings section.
The top part of the videos on that page are being cut off when viewed.

Is there an email I can send my log in details and screenshots to?

It appears you're using a plugin to prevent access to your site.

Can you provide more details about the issue you're having? Specifically...

1. Are you using a page template?

2. What specifically is being cut-off? The background image? The thumbnail image? The actual video when it plays?
