Hi there,

Not knowing exactly what the issue is, I'm guessing it has to do with your server/hosting configuration for server timeouts.

More info here: https://tommcfarlin.com/resolving-php-timeouts-wordpress/

Give that a try and let me know if it helps.

Best,

Yes, I have a blog category but it's assigned under the "Blog Category" only and not under the "Home Map Category" on the customize page. I assigned a category called "Memory" on the "Home Map Category" so that I can have all my latest posts shown.

Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you Christopher, but when time permitted me I really had to clean the site just to make sure that the location points on the map are really specified to the correct categories before I contacted you again. But I'm still having trouble with all the posts not showing up and there's supposed to be 15 posts on the homepage but sometimes it would only show 13 posts on the homepage still. I even deactivated the plugins and reactivated all the plugins again just to make sure.

Again, sorry for not understanding quite clearly about why I don't know what the problem is.

Thank you so much for your patience with me.

Hi there,

With the way the theme is setup, the blog is separate from the mapping system. You need to specify a blog category on the Customize page and make sure your location posts are not in that category if you want them to display on the map.

I still see all your location posts in the blog category, which is likely causing the issues you're having. Also, try deactivating plugins you have installed while troubleshooting issues.

Let me know.

Best,

Christopher

I took your advice, and it still didn't work even after trying to place it in a non-blog category. Actually though, it's also acting of kind of weird when it comes to the website showing the latest posts. Every so often I try to refresh the homepage it would show the 12 latest posts that I have used a pin-point location along with an address. But then sometimes it would just go back to showing 10 posts again and it would switch between having 12 posts on the page or just 10.

Although, there are supposed 12 posts on the homepage.

Hi there,

I believe it's due to the post being in your blog. With The Navigator, the blog is separate from the map. Try changing the category to a non-blog category and see if that helps.

Let me know.

Best,

Hi Chris,

I just seem to have a minor problem when it comes to this one post I want to have shown on the map that I have published back in December 2015. But then all of a sudden it stopped showing up on the map. And I've tried going to settings and seeing if my posts were on a static page or showing the latest posts, but the theme is already showing the latest posts. Then I tried to change the number of how many posts or items should show up on the map, but for some reason that wasn't the case either when I tried to change the number.

Could you try and please find what the case is as to why that one post won't show up on the map?

Thank you!

Here's the post:

And here's the homepage to my site:
