Is it possible that by default new images are ordered on the top (without drag and drop)?

Thank you very much Chris ! I discovered this feature between my question and your answer but in my case (some posts need having more than 50 pics), in a need of simplification, I tried to post one hundred pics 20 by 20 with different names (I tried with a numerotation like pic_001.jpg to pic_104.jpg) and it appeared in order so... Can't explain, maybe cause of the numbers in suffix of the images files...

Hi there,

WordPress still supports the ability to order images. You can simply click and drag the images in the pop-up window into the order you want them to display.

Hi ! Thank you for your great theme I have been using for a long time now !
I just updated my wordpress blog in release 3.5, everything is ok but the choice of increasing or decreasing order of the images I import: it has disappeared since updating, so when I upload images, they are appearing in disorder... Not very cool when like in my case you want to show the story of a wedding...
Do you have any solution ? Thank you by advance and greetings again !)
