<p>Unless you plan on having a lot of cities listed, I would recommend that in addition to the tag approach. It's handy for users to be able to access those cities from the menu I think.</p>

<p>But not cities as categories, for the city I create a tag. You recommend a 3 level drop down categories, don't you?</p>

<p>This way you could have the categories in drop down menus on your site.</p>

<p>In my site  there will be locations of all over the world. My idea is to create a category for each continent and another for each country.Then I will tag each post with the city name plus other tags.<br />
I'm trying to have the best post categorization. Would you do it this way?</p>
