If you create a user, you can choose the author in a drop down menu for each post. To view the "author" section, click the "screen options" button on the post edit screen.

I've been searching with no luck. I think that the only solution will be to create a Guess user and create all posts with this user.

There isn't a theme-related solution for this unfortunately. Since your question mainly relates to how WordPress functions, I would recommend checking out the plugins directory or the WordPress support forums.

I bought your amazing theme and I have one doubt.

All the content of the site will be created by the visitors of the site. I've created a form to send me all the info and I will create all the posts.
Is there a way to set a different author name?, the one that appears in the Meta section.
