Hi there,

I see this is your first post on the forums. Is there a reason you never posted here for support with issues you were having?

Purchases, downloads, refunds, licensing, etc is ALL handled by ThemeForest. I receive a commission from ThemeForest, so I don't have any control over their payment processing and returns abilities. Additionally, ThemeForest only issues refunds if the theme is broken, which is not the case. They likely referred you here to receive support, not a refund.

I wasn't able to get a refund via the themeforest site where I purchased it for $40 but they directed me here. I purchased it to use for school website but I'm finding even my 12 years as a web designer arent' enough to easily work with the theme. bullet points show up on all the posts for no apparent reason. I can't figure out how to get a nice picture in the post like they show on the themeforest example and this was intended for people to manage who have little web knowledge, but I'm finding I CANNOT figure most of it out (to be fair, I design mostly static html sites so I'm not exactly a pro around wordpress anyway). But I was wondering how I might go about getting refunded. I promise to delete it! Thank you very much.
