I understand your frustration. The only thing I can offer is if you provide me FTP access and Wordpress access I could try and install it myself. I see the classic errors seen here (http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/solving-broken-themestylesheet-missing-wordpress-theme-issues), so it leads me to believe there are problems with the install, not the theme itself.

This goes beyond the scope of this forum but I'm willing to help out. If you want, you can send it to handlerj1@gmail.com and i'll take a look. Feel free to re-activate the other theme for now.

I changed the theme since I didn't seem to be getting help and I needed to try to make some progress on it. I just swapped out the theme with Politico and it's a broken theme. Everything looks pretty hideous, but you can at least see what I'm talking about: http://saltandlightgs.org/

In all honesty, Justin, if I can't get this fixed, I'm going to need a refund. It's taken so long to get this fixed and it seems there's issues with the theme itself and not how it's being uploaded. Please let me know asap. I know you deal with a lot of people and I appreciate your time. Take care.

Thank you for getting back to me, but I did upload it properly. I read that post and made sure I uploaded the right folder, which included the style.css file, but it seems that there's a header.php file missing. Perhaps there's a corrupted file within the stylesheet? You can see what I'm talking about if you go to saltandlightgs.org. Please let me know if I can maybe download another version or something.

I just purchased and downloaded Politico, and when I installed it in Wordpress, it says on the homepage:

There's no slider, there are no colors, there's pretty much nothing on the page except for that message.

I'm using the 3.3.1 WP version, so it's not the most updated. Is the OptionTree plugin out of date? Or is it just missing files? I downloaded and installed the theme correctly. Please let me know how to get this fixed asap. My client is waiting on me to get this fixed. Thank you!
