Also what would be the easiest step to make the slider link to a new tab/window (currently using the custom link to link to another site but would prefer it to open a new window)

Not letting me upload the !.png file to the server as it uses illegal characters for a filename. I can't seem to find where its referenced in any of the php or css files. Can you clue me in on where it's referenced so I can change the name in that document and then change the name of the file.
