yeah it's definitely possible, and at the same time i'm afraid to deactivate them and lose days of getting all the settings just right lol
i'll see what i can do and of course let u guys know. btw i posted about making songs not downloadable a couple days ago but one of my coded posts ruined the page, are you able to fix that? or just delete it and i'll post it again? i think that one is valuable for ppl who want to keep their content as protected as possible.

Ah, I see what you mean. Honestly, I've only seen this issue one other time with a user that had many plugins installed as well. I assume, like in many cases with Plugins, that something may be conflicting with the Javascript used in the Theme (or specifically, the player).

Please let us know if you find another workaround, as I'm sure other users could benefit from your info in the future.

Thanks,
Justin

hmm if it was just the home page, that would be fine, but it's an issue with all archives (for example look at http://vuklazar.com/?tag=samman), and i want users to be able to click tags and categories and not get the 'x' if there happen to be no songs on the first page, which i can't really control. the only way to fix it and not mess with the theme is to set the number of posts per page to max, that way the audio is always on the first page, but that may give very inconveniently long pages. it's ok, i'll just find a way to fix it.
and yes i have lots of plugins installed, but they're necessary so either way i need a workaround.

Hey there,

I believe that all of your homepage posts should have audio attached. That seems to be the constant in reproducing your issue. Would you be able to do that, and utilize the slider on the left for non-audio homepage posts?

Thanks,
Justin

yep, http://vuklazar.com/
if u move through the posts, the 'shade of love' release has 3 tracks attached causing the player to reveal itself, but in 'x' mode, and it says that way even when you press play.

I set up a category for posts I want featured on the home page main area. I added posts to it that have attached tracks and the player works fine. I added posts that don't have tracks and it works fine as long as the most recent one has tracks. When the most recent one does not have tracks, as you go through the posts and get to one that has tracks, the player appears with an "x". This makes sense as the loading script is based on the first post that had no tracks. It would be nice if it loaded the tracks from the current post if no previous tracks are loaded. It still plays tracks when I click them, but the "x" remains, it doesn't give me the usual 'play' mode, even though clicking the player will pause and play the tracks. The same thing happens when viewing a category archive for example. Can you help me fix this issue?
