This theme feels a bit messy/unfinished to me, will there be any updates that we get for free as actual customer ? Just sayin...

Big issues seem to be :

logo display
image size scaling (seems completely random and not adapted for vertical images)
audio
popular 3rd party aps.

I really like the way the theme shows though some of my customer find it difficult to navigate (swtiching between pages and icon buttons) I think this theme would rocked if it was slightly more developped for user friendliness...

Fair enough but I get the impression the theme doesn't work with plugins that use Flash - is this the case?

The player plugins I have tried are very well known, mainstays of WordPress.

You can post MP3 files and people can click on them... whatever player they have installed by default in their browser will open and play the MP3. In regards to plugins, it's really a crap shoot... some plugins will work perfectly, others may not. We cannot guarantee 3rd party software since it's not part of our theme.

Is there a way to play MP3 files with this theme?. None of the plugins I've tried have worked.
