Hi there,

I still see your logo is too large and is preventing me from clicking the play button. Please resolve this issue so that I can continue to troubleshoot the issue you're having.

Let me know when you've fixed your logo.

Hi... I have the background video but as part of the home page I need the play button to lead to another video. The video it should lead to is a self hosted post which I made "sticky" to the home page. Although this works when looking at the site on a cell phone / iPad (with a featured IMAGE instead of video) it does not on a laptop. In fact when looking at the videos2 page it does not even show the "self hosted video" which is the post type I used for this video. Basically I replaced the video in the demo for my video and left everything else the same. Could it be because the MP4 is 59mb and close to the 64mb limit?

Hi there,

I see a background video on your home page, not a featured image. Were you able to resolve this?

Best,

Regarding the background video... I have deactivated all other plugins but it has not helped. Before embarking on this build of the site i did a master reset with the "Wordpress reset" plugin so I could start again so maybe there might be some remnants left from that which are messing the site up?

Hi there,

I see from another thread that your logo contains a lot of extra "white space". Look here...

http://bboymercs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/BboymercsPinktitle-copy-1.png

Notice all the extra space to the right and bottom of the actual logo. You'll need to redo your logo transfer and make sure you have all layers hidden when you grab the logo itself.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

Hi there,

Do you have any extra plugins activated? If so, try deactivating those.

Let me know if that helps at all.

Best,

Hi there,

Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out.

Regarding the background video on mobile devices, please review this FAQ thread: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-why-doesnt-the-background-video-play-on-mobile

I am trying to associate an mp4 (self hosted) video post with the play button in the middle of the video/preview “home" page. I have literally just replaced your link for the play button from the demo with my own link which is under the “self hosted trailer” heading. I hit the play button on the home page and after appearing to go somewhere it just comes back to the home page again and not the mp4 even though the mp4 video post is “sticky” with the home page.

Also when i go to the page on my mobile the play button in the middle of the home page (video/review template) does link but very slowly to the mp4 but now the background of that home page is using a featured image of a road/mountain from your demo and does not show the video and audio background i have set and which i see when viewing the site on the laptop i am constructing it on.
